Returns are made in accordance with the 'Return Policy' section on the Website.
7.2. Return of quality goods:
7.2.1. The Buyer may cancel the Order before receiving it, or within 7 days after receipt (excluding the day of purchase), provided the item retains its commercial appearance, consumer properties, and proof of purchase.
7.2.2. If the Buyer cancels the Order as described above, the Seller will refund the item’s cost excluding return delivery costs, within 10 days from the date of return and submission of the return form.
7.2.3. If a replacement item is unavailable, the Buyer may cancel the Agreement and request a refund. The Seller must refund the money within 10 days from the return date. Note: actual refund timing depends on the Buyer's bank and may take up to 30 banking days.
7.3. Return of defective goods:
7.3.1. Within the warranty period, the consumer may demand a refund for defective goods from the manufacturer, seller, or importer.
7.3.2. A defective product is one that cannot fulfill its intended function due to a fault. It must match the description on the Website.
7.3.3. The appearance and completeness of the goods may be verified upon delivery.
7.3.4. The Buyer must sign a receipt confirming acceptance and that there are no claims regarding quantity or quality, unless a defect is discovered later.
7.3.5. If defective goods were delivered without prior notice, the Buyer may exercise their rights under Article 18 of the Law on Consumer Rights.
7.3.6. Refund claims must be processed within 10 days of the claim (Article 22 of the Consumer Protection Law). Actual bank processing time may take up to 30 days.
7.3.7. Refunds are made to the Buyer's bank card using details provided in the return form.
